Central Ohio Women in the Trades empowers women and girls to build confidence, independence, and financial stability through hands-on learning, mentorship, and community connection.

COWitT is committed to breaking down gender barriers in the trades and ensuring that every woman, no matter her background, has access to opportunity, support, and belonging.
Each year, we help women and girls gain real-world experience, connect with mentors, and step into spaces where their skills and leadership matter.
